Verlauf von "I cannot get the Anker A3102 to turn on" bearbeiten

My Anker SoundCore A3102011 Bluetooth Speaker is not turning on or off.The speaker is not connecting to any phone.The red light is always flashing.And i can also hear a buzzing sound from the speaker.
