Most likely the main control board might be faulty. Especially if there are insects roaming the main pcb, like cockroaches! If this is the case look for pcb traces that might be destroyed and even vias may not conduct throughout anymore. In my case, under the relay there was a trace which were broken and after bridging it the main board were fixed. If you are not sure how to fix the board, I will suggest that you replace this pcb. Good luck.
