When I make a call, I can barely hear the other person but they can hear me clearly. The sound seems to be working fine on games, internet, etc. I have checked all the settings and volume is turned up as far as it can go.

Hi,

Try using the earphones with the microphone attachment when you make or receive a call.

If you can hear the other person 'normally' and can adjust the volume accordingly, then the problem is most likely that the phone's receiver is either faulty or has a faulty connection.

If there is no difference and you can still barely hear them, and given that you say that the volume is OK and hopefully adjustable when using the 'loudspeaker' on games etc (this proves the phone's amplification circuits), then it appears that there is a problem with the voice reception circuitry

Note : the loudspeaker is different to the receiver.
