Users have direct access to the main battery, BIOS battery, M.2 WLAN module, two SODIMM slots and all four storage bays. The last two SODIMM slots are underneath the motherboard and require additional disassembly.
I was told by a Bother Tech, the paper must be tapped to the front of the try so there is a 'gap' from the paper to the back. That is what worked by my printer that was not puling paper or pulling too many sheets at one time.
