I had this problem too, but not of the pool but mine into the sink.. Well, you should get your phone out of water immediately after it dropped down there. Don’t attempt to open or do anything to it. Open the back base of your phone, then use a soft towel to dry some wet spaces. Then close the back base again. Now, put it somewhere with the sun shining, not too sunshine, then leave it for 3-5 days. ( Make sure no one disturbs it ). Then now try opening it, if it doesn’t still work, well you have to go to the repair center to save your phone. Hope this helped.

Try drying your phone where the sun shines but not too much light and leave it for 5 days. Don’t try opening or restarting your phone until 5 days drying. Make sure no one disturbs it. Also remove the back case of your phone and Sim Card ( If you have some) before drying it out. Hope this would be helpful.
