I am using my air fryer for the first time but I can’t get past the temp flashing on and off. Probably something simple to get by this, any suggestions please?

I am trying my new Ninja air fryer. It flashes when I put the temperature on and also when I set it to five mins to warm up but I don’t seem to be able to get past the flashing mode. It’s probably something quite simple, any advice please?
