Sporadically, apps turn themselves on and off with the Bluetooth, flashlight, airplane mode, and others and it is difficult to restart. I can't figure out what triggers it, but it is annoying.

I have the same problem. I still yet has not found a solution to it. I reset it. It didn't change.
