Fitbit Alta wont stay charged when off the charger.
I charge my alta a good hour and the battery icon shows fully charged. When I disconnect it from the charger the power shuts off completely.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

I have this problem too and since it's out of warranty fitbit have advised it cant be fixed. They dont seem to last very long. I was offered a discount on a new one but if they all break down in a relatively short period it just sounds like a waste of money/a good way for fitbit to sell more trackers

I have the same problem. If it's outside the 1 year warranty all they offer is a 25% off discount towards a new one. Since I had bought the new Alta HR to update my Alta and it came DOA and I had to send that back I'm kind of peeved at Fitbit right about now.
