chauthmal20 you did not tell us why you think a new panel will fix this. Replacement panels are often more expensive (if they can even be found) then a new TV. To find a proper replacement you need to go by the panel bumbner not the TV’s model number. Open up your TV. You’ll find a white sticker on the back of the LCD. It will say LG, Samsung, Sharp or whatever manufacturer made that panel and then the part number. Use that number for an online search.
