Will not charge, flashing red light.
I have changed the battery, reset it by pushing the mute button, and now all the lights are on but still not charging
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

probably somewhere the contact has departed, and it does not allow the battery to charge. contact the service center
Here are some additional resources for people in the future:
- If your speaker doesn’t turn on even when connected to power
- If your speaker only doesn’t work when you try to use battery power (a.k.a. the battery isn’t charging)
