Green light on side of hammer goes on and off when I wiggle the cord. Cord has no visible damage and each wire in the cord has continuity. The wire connection block for the ground (green wire) seems to wiggle. The brushes on the motor appear to be only 1/2 worn.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

could still be an issue with the cable as you said the light blinks when you wiggle it. cut about 5 inches off the top and rewire it. i have repaired 2 titan sds breakers and the cable was the issue on both
