James t.j  start by taking a look at the screen with the TV on in a dark room. If you see a faint glow on the display than you know that your beacklight is on. In that case my first suspect to replace would be the T-con board. If the backlight does not come on, then I suspect the power board. Unplug your TV and remove the back. Check the boards for any suspicious looking components like domed or leaking caps. The issues here has to many possiblities that can not be ruled out unless you do a little bit more troubleshooting. First verify that your TV is a UN60FH6003FXZA then let us know what you already have checked. Try all the differnet inout sources and see if the results are the same. If so you will have to look at the boards. you can always post some pictures of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see.
