Clogged Charging Port

If there is no sign that your device is charging, or the connection is not consistent an underlying issue could be the charging port is blocked by debris or dirt Try cleaning the charging port by first blowing into it. Then shine a light into the port and check for debris. If any is seen, use a toothpick to loosen it and then blow it out.

Faulty Charging Cord

Another underlying issue could be with the charging cord, to check if a faulty charging cord is an issue, first try using the cord in a different outlet to make sure the outlet is not the problem. Excessive Tabs Open

Having too many tabs open at the same time may be causing your computer to run slowly, or with stutters. This is because the RAM (Random-Access-Memory) is required to run all of those pages at the same time and it has a limited amount of space to do so.
