I would never run an injector/engine cleaner. It might loosen carbon buildup en cause extra wear or loss of compression due to engine age.
Best way is to get them professionally cleaned on a test bench, and have them flow tested. Most companies that do refurbishing and sell cleaned injectors will give a reduction when you trade in your old injectors.

Depending on how many miles it has it is probably best to change them. Change them all of you do change them. Only changing the bad ones with new will stress the old ones and you will be taking it apart to do again.

Most auto parts stores sell fuel injector cleaner that is a fuel additive and doesn't require any tear down of your civic. STP and 3M make fuel injector cleaner and are sold almost everywhere.

I used a fuel injector cleaner additive from 3M. Good results. Improved fuel economy and engine response.
