Dell Inspiron 20 Model 3043 Repair

The Inspiron 20 Model 3043 is an AIO desktop PC from April 2013. The PC is 12.30 inches (31.25 cm) tall, 19.27 inches (48.95 cm) wide, and 1.06 inches (2.68 mm) deep, and weighs between 6.83 lbs and 8.05 lbs (3.10-3.65 kg) depending on the configuration ordered. The screen tilts from 15° all the way to 80° to be near flat.

The 3043 can be configured with the following configurations:

• Integrated 2.16 GHz Intel Pentium N3530 Quad Core OR 2.16 GHz Intel Celeron N2840 processor
• One DDR3L 1333 MHz RAM slot, configurable with 2, 4, OR 8 GB from factory
• 19.5 inch HD OR HD+ touchscreen display
  • 1600x900 resolution @ 60 Hz (in both)
• Optional 4-cell 58 WHr Li-Ion battery

All 3043 configurations were shipped with the following:

• Qualcomm Atheros QCWB335 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 card
• 500 GB SATA 2.5" HDD
• Realtek ALC290Q sound chip with two speakers and one subwoofer
• Front facing camera (1 MP still image, 1280x720 @ 30 fps video) with digital microphone built into camera assembly
• 4-in-1 SD, SDXC, SDHC, and MMC slot
• One RJ45 port, three USB 2.0 ports, one headphone port, one HDMI in port (to use as a display)
• Shipped with Windows 8.1
